Salman Khan According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, he has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West area for Rs 350 crore. The actor purchased the property in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. Documents show that the apartment is located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential area in Bandra West.
Salman Khan’s apartment deal registered on July 9
According to a report by Hindustan Times Real Estate on July 13, Salman sold this apartment to multiple home buyers and registered the transaction on July 9, 2026. Documents show that the buyer paid stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000.Registration documents show the apartment spans 758 square feet and is being sold along with two parking spaces. Based on this, carpet area was transacted at around Rs 46,000 per sq ft, documents show.
Salman Khan’s ownership transfer was executed on July 23
However, the transfer of ownership was formally executed through a transfer deed signed by Salman and the buyer on July 23, 2026.
Salman Khan sells Bandra apartment for second time in a year
Back in July 2025, Salman had sold a 1,318 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West area for Rs 535 crore in a similar deal, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. Documents show that this apartment is also located in Shiv Asthan Heights and has a built-up area of 122.45 square meters. (1,318 sq. ft.).
