Ahmed told Hindustan Times in an interview, “When you have strong actors like Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Shreyas, Aftab, Arshad, Akshay, you know they are the kings of comedy, and in dialogue, they are the kings of comedy.”He further mentioned that everyone on board was very aware of the nature of the film and the requirements of their respective roles, adding that there was never any confusion about the specific roles they were to play. He stuck to his guns, stating that it’s important for a female lead to have strong, meaningful scenes, not just a higher dialogue count.
