Kevin Spacey admits he sometimes crosses lines
Anthony Rapp’s accusations of how the actor assaulted him when he was a teenager are the first of many cases to be brought against him. During the interview, when Maher asked about this and why there were so many cases, Spacey admitted that there were times when he crossed the line. He added: “I never said there wasn’t a fire. This was not a raging forest fire. This was a small kitchen fire that could be put out with a fire extinguisher.”“In addition, he also said that he has “paid a lot” for his actions in the past 9 to 10 years. He further explained: “When people actually start to hear the facts and understand what we won in court, I think people are seeing this now and thinking, maybe nine years is enough.”Over the years, the actor has faced a lot of backlash in the industry as soon as the allegations came to light. This also included being fired from two of his biggest projects, House of Cards and All the Money in the World. He also lost other opportunities and even his home. Slowly, however, the actor started booking independent projects, including Awakening and Peter 58.Disclaimer: If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, assault, or abuse, please seek help immediately.
