According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the Telugu action comedy earned Rs 33 lakh (net in India) on its third Thursday of release.The latest figure was down 17.5% from Rs 40 lakh the previous day. The Day 21 series includes 933 games from across the country.
Total growth in India and abroad further
“Maa Inti Bangaaram” has brought its cumulative net revenue in India to Rs 596.2 crore. At the same time, the film’s total box office revenue in India has reached 690.2 million rupees.The film’s international box office collection reached Rs 10 lakh on its 21st day of release, taking its overseas box office collection to Rs 270 million. The total global collection currently stands at Rs 9,602 crore.Now, the film is less than Rs 4 crore away from entering the prestigious Rs 100-crore global club.
Expected slowdown in third week
Maa Inti Bangaaram’s opening performance at the box office has been impressive. It raised Rs 33.70 million in the first week and then added another Rs 20.25 million in the second week. So far, the film has collected Rs 567 crore at the box office in its third week of release.
Occupancy rate remains stable
On the 21st day, the overall attendance rate of the Telugu version of the film was 12.47%.The morning performance occupancy rate reached 7.54%, rising to 10.23% in the afternoon.
