Newman told the Daily Mail: “I think a prenuptial agreement is actually a very simple document – what belongs to him now is his and what belongs to her is hers.”The attorney, who specializes in high-net-worth divorce and marriage negotiations, said assets acquired before marriage may remain separate, while assets purchased in joint names, such as a home, “will both get back the money they put in plus any appreciation,” she explains.One of the more unusual clauses reportedly likely to be included is a “privacy clause.” The report suggested that such a clause could restrict either party from publicly discussing aspects of the relationship after the separation, with speculation centering on Swift’s songwriting and history of drawing inspiration from personal experiences.However, Newman stressed that the couple’s future incomes will likely remain separate “unless they decide to do something together in some capacity.”The report also lays out the huge disparity between the couple’s respective fortunes. Following the success of The Eras Tour, Swift entered the billionaire club and is widely regarded as one of the richest musicians in the world. Her business empire spans music, movies, publishing rights and real estate.Her property portfolio includes multi-million dollar homes in New York, Rhode Island, California and Tennessee. She also owns a Dassault Falcon 7X private jet worth $55 million. The Daily Mail noted that her music catalog has generated more than $250 million in revenue, including streaming revenue, in addition to revenue from touring, promotions and film projects, including more than $100 million in film deals.Meanwhile, Kelce has built a successful career both on and off the football field.
