So if I do this, then I have to get approval from Firoz Nadiadwala as he is the sole owner of the franchise. “He revealed that Firoz Nadiadwala owns the rights of ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Awara Paagal Deewana’ and ‘Welcome’. “They sent out a legal notice. I said, no, I don’t want to be involved in this legal mess; I don’t want to make this movie, man.”Responding to the legal notice issued by Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal said, “I believe it was an emotional reaction on his part. Like, ‘How could Paresh say no to me?'” He must have been mentally disturbed. That’s why he sent it. I firmly believe this. “However, later Paresh Rawal confirmed that he will star in Hera Pheri 3. During the interaction, he made it clear that the film will be made no matter who the producer is. “Whenever Hera Pheri happens, I’m going to do it. Whoever makes it, I’m going to do it. I’m married to this movie.”
