Dr. Ben Affleck recently showed off his trivia skills on the latest episode of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. The actor teamed up with Jeopardy winner Jamie Ding to win $1 million for his charity. During the show, Afu asked one of the questions and ended up candidly commenting on how Matt DamonThe show that came before him helped him find the answer to one of the questions asked by host Jimmy Kimmel.

While starring in the latest episode of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire alongside Jamie Deen, Affleck finally admitted that Matt Damon inspired him to be fully prepared for a big-budget problem on the show. Competing against Larry David and his daughter Cazzie David, Affleck and Ding had a pretty hefty purse, a question mark of $250,000.Kimmel asked them, “What are the men in devil costumes running around and jumping over during El Colacho, the annual Spanish festival?” In response to the question, the “Batman” actor revealed that his old friend Matt Damon may have indirectly inspired him to read the question. He shared, “So when Matt came on the show, I was sitting there going, ‘I can answer this question. I can answer this question,’ you know, like trying to appease my insecurities, and then he got this question about Spanish New Year’s Eve, and the answer was, what do you eat with grapes?” And I didn’t know that. “He further revealed that he did some research on Spain and the holiday customs associated with it because of the cast of The Odyssey. He explained, “Because I said at the beginning that I speak Spanish and I know a little bit about the Spanish-speaking world, I thought, ‘Oh my gosh, that would be embarrassing.'” I Googled these customs and what was going on.
