Brad Pitt was recently spotted at a bar in Carmel Heights following news that his youngest daughter Vivienne is taking steps to legally change her last name. Deux Moi shared online that the actor was relaxing at Bud’s at La Playa Hotel in Carmel-by-the-Sea.Pitt also owns a house in the area, which he bought back in 2022 for $40 million, according to reports shared online. Located in Carmel Heights, this Tuscan-style house shared by the Daily Mail is nestled in The Rocks and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The house, called “Seaward,” looks like a castle and was built in 1918 out of sandstone and granite. Originally, the house was built for the famous writer and businessman DL James designed by architect Charles Sumner Green.Both Ines de Ramon and Pete spend a lot of time in the area, with reports further revealing, “Sightings of Brad and Ines are common in Carmel. Like all locals, they frequent fine restaurants and shop at boutiques like Tancredi & Morgen. Brad was seen wearing a hat and sunglasses at Nelson Brothers Market. No one bothers celebrities here as locals don’t like to make a fuss.”It added, “They believe there’s no class in being around celebrities. So Brad and Ines get their space.”However, at the time of writing, it’s unclear whether Pitt was with a model or on his own. The report did not reveal any further details about his discovery.
Vivian files petition to change name
Last week, People magazine reported that Jolie and Pitt’s youngest daughter, Vivienne, had officially filed a petition to change her name in court. She joins Maddox, Shiloh and Zahara, becoming the fourth sibling in her family to do so. A statement included in the report reads: “If people knew the full truth, they would have more sympathy for the children and respect them. The fact that they did not say bad things or share things publicly only shows their decency.”“According to reports shared online, she requested to change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie for “personal reasons.”
