Bharatiya Janata Party MP and actor Kangana Ranaut Targeting the Cockroach People’s Party again (CJP), this time in response to the clothing spokesperson Saurav Das after he criticized her remarks about Gen Z protesters.In an Instagram Story shared on Tuesday, Kangana questioned Das’ status as a student, compared his achievements to her own career milestones and called him “useless” while defending her journey as an actor, filmmaker, producer and politician.The exchange came days after the resignation of former Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan amid the CJP-led agitation over the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leaks. The protests, which lasted for nearly a month, were called off after the Center agreed to several demands made by the group, including compensation to the affected families and withdrawal of FIRs lodged against the protesters.

Kangana shared a screenshot of Saurav Das’ interview with ANI on Instagram Stories, questioning his claims about the 28-year-old’s status as a student and comparing his experiences with his own achievements.“Google this guy, he is 28 years old and I have no idea how he calls himself a student! Yes, I have been in politics for the past 2 years, but I have been in public life for the past 20 years,” she wrote.Talking about her career, Kangana added, “At his age, I have won 2 National Awards and yes, as a new MP, I am overwhelmed with all the work because I am also a Filmmaker + Performing Artist + Producer + Screenwriter + Entrepreneur.”She further claimed that people like Das will not understand the challenges of success and demand.“But a completely useless, unemployed person like him will never understand what it means to have massive demand at any age, at any time,” Kangana wrote.She spoke directly to Das: “Dear Saurav, your problem is personal, you are not a student, you are of no use at all, let’s start by learning some skills. That is a good starting point.”

Kangana’s reaction came after Saurav Das criticized her remarks against Gen Z protesters, including her description of the younger generation as the “gutter generation.”Speaking to ANI, Das questioned whether Kangana’s views were taken seriously among the youth.“Kangana Ranaut ji ko Unki party wale hi zyada nahi poochte hain, zyada seriously nahi lete hain unko, toh hum log bhi kyun seriously?” he said.He added that he doesn’t believe Gen Z, Gen Alpha or younger generations are taking her views seriously.Das also referred to Kangana’s earlier comments about the challenges of being an MP and said her own remarks reflected her understanding of public responsibility.“When the ‘unserious generation’ bol rahi hain, toh unki khud ki serious unhone khud exposed kar di thi,” he said.He further added that public figures should maintain dignity in their language.“Shabdon ka istemaal sahi hona chahiye, apni language sambhalni chahiye aur apne pad ki garima banaye rakhni chahiye,” Das said.Defending Generation Z, he added: “Aapse kahin zyada of Generation Z is desh ke liye kiya hai aur kar rahe hain. Kangana had earlier criticized the BJP’s protests
This is not the first time Kangana has spoken out against the BJP movement. The actor-politician had earlier questioned the protesters’ methods and criticized young demonstrators involved in the campaign.Her remarks sparked responses from CJP members, who defended the protesters and criticized Kangana’s comments about Generation Z.Kangana also supported the Centre’s response to the NEET-UG controversy following Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. She praised the government’s education reforms and the establishment of a committee aimed at strengthening the examination system.
