Located on one of the upper floors of a premium building in Mumbai’s Andheri West community, the apartment comes with three designated parking spaces and an additional exclusive area of 316 sq. ft. Based on the transaction value and carpet area, the transaction price is approximately Rs 69,159 per sq ft.Notably, actor Tabu had previously purchased a 2,153 sq ft apartment in the Godrej Skyshore building for Rs 10 crore, making the project a prominent address in Mumbai’s film and cricket circles, according to registration data obtained by Liases Foras.
