From “The Odyssey” to “Oppenheimer,” Matt Damon has made some blockbusters over the years and is currently one of the most respected stars in the industry. With a net worth of $170 million, the movie star has quite a few investments. Not only does the actor have a huge body of work, he also has quite a few real estate investments. Below is a list of all the spaces Damon owns in his impressive portfolio.

This Mediterranean beach house is one of the actor’s most beautiful properties, purchased in 2005 for $14.5 million. That same year, he also married his long-term partner Luciana Barroso, whom he met in Miami. Two adjacent plots offer stunning views of the surrounding environment. The 12,000-square-foot estate has 170 feet of Biscayne Bay water frontage, as well as seven bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, Architectural Digest reports. The space also houses a guest house and main house on the plot, with private spaces such as a rooftop terrace, a large swimming pool with a built-in spa, a cabana, a cinema, a wine cellar, an office and a private terrace. In 2014, the “Mars” actor officially sold the property for $15.4 million.

The Standish, one of the most luxurious living spaces in Brooklyn Heights, has reserved a house for the actor. He bought the penthouse triplex for a whopping $16.745 million. The space features six bedrooms and an open space, which the actor officially moved into around 2020. At the time, he made headlines for blocking entire streets to facilitate the delivery of furniture and other items.

Pacific Palisades mansion

This is another space where the actor has lived for the longest time. He purchased the space in 2012 and lived there until it was first sold in 2021. The two-story mansion currently has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 13,500 square feet. The main atrium is 35 feet tall, allowing for optimal sunrise and healthcare. The house also features a pool lounge as well as modern personalized spaces for badminton, tennis and other types of facilities. In January 2021, the actor set the amount at $21 million; however, the amount was reduced to $18 million later that year.

Bedford Hill Manor

Damon paid $8.5 million for the property in 2022, making it one of his most recent purchases. The Bourne Supremacy star purchased the colonial-style property, which features four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms with 7,200 square feet of interior living space. Built in 2004, the hotel also features a private gym, coffee bar, luxury ensuite bathroom and private porch. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, den with bar, and two living areas with personalized fireplaces. The 13.5-acre property also features a 45-foot saltwater pool, stream, pond, woodland trails, rope bridge, treehouse, greenhouse, barn, basketball hoop area, and tennis court. It’s one of the most well-appointed spaces the actor still owns. This is where the actor spends most of his time with his family.

West Hollywood Apartments

The Odyssey star also owns an apartment on the West Coast, which he mainly uses when he has to work in the area.

While the actor’s love for New York knows no bounds, he also owns a home in West Hollywood. The space was originally designed and created in 1964; however, the apartment was renovated in 2024, the same year the actor spent approximately $8.6 million to purchase the luxury apartment. The building that houses the units was originally the Los Angeles International Design Center; however, all nine floors of the building were later repurposed and renovated into residential areas. Damon mostly lives here when he comes to the West Coast for work. The 2,600-square-foot space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 1,600-square-foot terrace with stunning views of the nearby Hollywood Hills. The building also offers professional amenities such as a large 2,300-square-foot fitness and yoga facility, as well as a relaxing resort-style pool and dining area, as well as 24-hour valet service.
