CM N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Balakrishna at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG) in Hyderabad, where the actor was undergoing treatment, IANS reported. Balakrishna’s brother-in-law N. Chandrababu Naidu inquired about his health and wished him a speedy recovery. In meetings with the director and team, he discussed the actor’s treatment and recovery plan.Earlier, both Chandrababu Naidu and Andhra Pradesh Minister Nala Lokesh spoke to Balakrishna after his injury and wished him a speedy recovery.According to the hospital, the operation lasted more than three hours. During the surgery, doctors remove blood that has accumulated around the injured area, reattach the torn quadriceps tendon to the kneecap, and repair damaged supporting tissue around the knee.
Balakrishna’s daughter gives update on his health
Balakrishna’s daughter Nara Brahmani also shared an update about her father through her Instagram post. “Latest news on Naana: The surgery was a complete success! He is back to full energy and will be back in action soon. Thank you so much for all the love and prayers – we are truly grateful to everyone,” she wrote.
Balakrishna undergoes successful surgery
It is worth mentioning that Nandamuri Balakrishna got injured while shooting for an action scene in “NBK111”. The next day, he was airlifted to Hyderabad after initial treatment. A physical examination revealed he had a torn left quadriceps tendon and damage to the supporting tissue around his knee.After a thorough medical evaluation, doctors determined surgery was necessary. Balakrishna underwent surgery on July 23, and the hospital confirmed that the operation was completed successfully without any complications.
