Understanding the teachings of Lord Rama is more important than superficial transformation. “The actor revealed that his process included in-depth study, guidance from scholars, and years of mental discipline. Explaining how he approached the mindset of the character, he said, “I read a lot of books and met a lot of scholars. I practiced yoga for two years. I had a guru named Suvir who used to sit and meditate with me for hours and get me really close to the teachings of Lord Rama. It was really understanding the text because we had the text. There are many versions and iterations. “The Ramayana team was also present at San Diego Comic-Con and is expected to launch the film’s trailer globally.
