Skoda Auto India today announced the launch of two new colors for the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Edition. Skoda will produce only 200 units of the newly launched Slavia Monte Carlo color option. Despite the unique paint finish, the prices remain unchanged at Rs 16.69 lakh to Rs 18.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can visit their nearest dealership or reserve the vehicle online; deliveries are expected to begin soon. The two new colors for the Slavia Monte Carlo are a two-tone Shimla Green and Steel Gray paint scheme inspired by the heritage of the Monte Carlo Rally. The sedan also features gloss black exterior details and 16-inch black alloy wheels, while the cabin sports an all-black theme complemented by red highlights. Apart from the addition of new exterior color options, there are no changes to the Slavia Monte Carlo.
The sedan is available with a choice of two engines – a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 115 hp of power and 178 Nm of torque, mated to either a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The other engine is a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that develops 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque, mated only to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. In terms of features, it comes with a 10-inch touchscreen with in-built navigation, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, Skoda Play app, 8-inch digital driver display, ambient lighting, subwoofer with 8 speakers (200W), automatic climate control, rear AC vents, cooled glovebox, cruise control, wireless charging pad, front passenger electrically adjustable seat, and more.
