The property covers an area of 1,017.60 square meters and includes an existing bungalow with a built-up area of approximately 193.12 square meters, and an outdoor toilet with an area of approximately 31.50 square meters.Property registration documents show that the transaction was registered on July 14, 2026, for a total price of 840 million rupees. John Abraham also paid stamp duty of Rs 5.04 million to complete the purchase.The freehold property was acquired through registered transfer deeds from Naushir Eruch Divitre, Fredon Eruch Divitre, Crystal Firoz Divitre and Eruch Firoz Divitre.Neither the actor nor the seller were available to comment on the transaction.

The transaction was registered on December 27, 2023, and the actor paid stamp duty of Rs 424 crore.With the latest Bandra bungalow worth Rs 84 crore, John has now added a prominent address to his real estate portfolio.
