Robert Downey Jr. won the 2024 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer.” Of course, Tom Holland had a long chat with his fellow Avengers after landing the role of Telemachus, son of Odysseus. “Yes, I did have a long conversation with Robert Downey Jr. I consider one of my best friends in life to have been with Chris for 20 years,” he told PTI in an interview.

“He was our stunt coordinator. Every time he and I got together for dinner, he would tell me, ‘You have to do whatever it takes to find yourself on a Christopher Nolan set,'” the actor continued. Additionally, Holland said that as an actor, he had the advantage of being in the center of the set — even when the cameras weren’t rolling.“For me, I like to learn from people by observing the way they behave, the way they treat people and the way they work with people. So for me, I had the perfect footprint in Anne (Anne Hathaway) and Matt to try and follow. [Damon]. So I’m a little bit spoiled when it comes to courses,” he said during the conversation.As for Tom Holland, he’s ready for a massive release. “The Odyssey” will be released on July 17, 2026, and “Spider-Man: A New Day” will be released on July 31, 2026.
