In an interview with People magazine on July 10, the night of her off-Broadway musical’s opening, Nettles shared her thoughts on being a part of the couple’s momentous moment. “It’s very special for me to be a small part of their story because obviously, these two guys are absolutely at the top of their industry, the top of their game, the top of their craft, the top of their artistry,” she said. “This is a very important time in their lives. It was so beautiful to be able to witness this very special moment. “
