Days after reportedly tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Aamir Khan Gauri Spratt’s future home plans have become the talk of the town.According to the Free Press Magazine, Amir Gauri got married on July 5 at a rented apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hills and is expected to eventually move into a luxurious home in the redeveloped Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar.Reports said that while the couple is currently living in Aamir’s rented residence in Wilnomona, Nargisdut Road, their permanent residence will be in an upcoming high-rise project, which is expected to be completed around 2030.
Aamir and Gauri’s penthouse-style residence
Amir, who has reportedly owned multiple apartments in the Marina over the years, is said to be building a sprawling, multi-story residence dubbed a “sky villa.”The actor reportedly plans to occupy the top three floors of the building with Gauri and her son Quinn. The report also claims that an entire floor has been designed for private parties, family celebrations and entertaining close friends.Aamir often hosts intimate gatherings for friends from the film, sports and business worlds, and the new residence was reportedly planned just for these gatherings.
Home suitable for the whole family
The report further claimed that Aamir was allotting apartments in the same building to several of his family members.his son, actor Junaid KhanAccording to reports, the entire floor will be taken over. The apartment is also said to be dedicated to film producer Kiran Rao and their son Azad.The report adds that Aamir’s mother Zeenat Hussain and his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta may also own houses in the same building.According to the publication, the actor has allegedly paid a down payment of over Rs 100 crore to purchase an additional apartment for his large family. However, Aamir Khan is yet to comment publicly on the reports. The publication also reported that Amir currently rents four luxury apartments in Wilnomona and that several members of his family, including his mother and son, already live in the same building. With Gauri Spratt and her son Quinn becoming part of the family, the actor is said to be maintaining a close bond with his loved ones.
