The smaller 30 kWh battery is said to offer a range of around 375 kilometers, while the larger 40 kWh battery pack can offer up to 468 kilometers of range when fully charged. The long-range version can also produce more power, with an output of up to 127 hp, while the smaller version can output 87 hp and 154 Nm of torque.

The Citroen eC3X is priced at Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom), while buyers can also opt for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) plan, which significantly reduces the upfront vehicle cost, starting at Rs 6.89 lakh, plus battery subscription charges of Rs 2.26 per km.The Tata Punch EV starts at Rs 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the more affordable entry-level offering between the two series. Tata is also offering a BaaS plan on Punch EV with range starting at Rs 6.49 lakh and battery EMI of Rs 2.6 per km.
