According to the aforementioned media reports, Tate Paul filed a motion with a Utah court on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, requesting a temporary restraining order against the reality star. Additionally, he filed a petition to modify the agreed terms and conditions of the divorce and custody. The filing comes after Paul commented on his co-parenting relationship with Taylor. “My co-parenting relationship has been peaceful for the most part,” he wrote in live commentary hosted by Cru Eaton, adding, “That hasn’t been the case the past few months.”
